What You Will Do Manage a fleet of AI agents to own features end-to-end, including frontend, backend, and model training for predictive compatibility systems.Collaborate directly with the founder to translate weekly user research insights into technical decisions and ship high-impact features with speed.Build sophisticated recommendation systems and UI for local events, helping users bridge the gap from digital matching to real-world interaction. The ideal candidate Full-stack expertise with React and TypeScript, plus proficiency using AI coding tools like Claude Code or Codex to accelerate development.Proven track record of building and shipping consumer products end-to-end with deep empathy for user experience and product craft.High degree of autonomy and curiosity, comfortable making technical and product decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced "0 to 1" environment.
