GTM Engineer/ Growth Engineer 📍 London (4 days per week) 💰 Up to £110,000 + Equity I'm partnered with a fast-growing AI startup that's already transforming a traditional industry through automation and AI. They're looking for a GTM Engineer to join a small, high-performing team and build the systems that power revenue growth across the business. This isn't pre-sales and it isn't a typical software engineering role. You'll sit at the intersection of Engineering, AI, Data and Commercial Operations, building automation, workflows and internal tooling that help sales and marketing teams operate at scale. What you'll be doing: • Building AI-powered workflows and automations across sales, marketing and operations • Creating lead sourcing, enrichment and scoring systems • Developing internal tools used daily across the business • Working with APIs, databases and LLMs to automate manual processes • Turning business problems into technical solutions that drive growth • Working directly alongside founders in a highly collaborative environment What they're looking for: • Strong software engineering skills with Python, TypeScript or similar • Experience working with APIs, data and automation tools • Hands-on experience building with LLMs, agents or AI workflows • A builder mentality and evidence of shipping real-world solutions • Commercial awareness and an interest in scaling businesses • Likely 2-5 years' experience within Engineering, Data, Product, Consulting or Startup environments Why join? • Up to £110,000 salary • Equity package • Direct access to founders and decision making • Huge ownership and autonomy • Opportunity to shape how AI is embedded across an entire business • High-growth environment with genuine impact from day one If you're excited by AI, automation and using technology to solve commercial problems, hit apply.
