Poland Based - Senior Software Engineer (.NET / Azure) We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our core engineering team responsible for the development and evolution of Aras Innovator, our enterprise low-code platform. In this role, you will work on a wide range of platform solutions spanning cloud, SaaS, and hybrid deployment models while contributing to architecture, performance, and long-term platform stability. What You’ll Be Doing You will be a key contributor to the design, development, and delivery of platform services that power Aras Innovator. Design, develop, and maintain platform services and components across cloud, SaaS, and hybrid environmentsOwn features end-to-end, from discovery and design through implementation, deployment, and production supportContribute to platform architecture and influence technical directionWork across new initiatives and existing platform functionality based on evolving prioritiesWrite clean, maintainable, and testable code using modern engineering best practicesParticipate in DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and cloud deploymentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to refine scope, manage technical risks, and ensure successful deliveryImprove platform reliability, scalability, performance, and securityShare knowledge, mentor peers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices Who You Are A proactive and accountable engineer with strong ownership of your workComfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving environmentPassionate about clean architecture, quality, and long-term maintainabilityAble to balance new development with improving existing systemsA collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring and supporting othersEffective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders What You’ll Need 6–8+ years of experience in commercial software developmentStrong expertise in C# / .NETExperience building and operating cloud-based systems (Azure preferred)Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS or Azure Container Apps), and HelmSolid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practicesStrong knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQLDeep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, clean architecture, and design patternsExperience building and consuming REST APIs and working with HTTP-based standards such as ODataExperience working in Agile development environmentsUpper-intermediate or higher English (spoken and written) Nice To Have Experience with client-side or frontend development
