This role supports our sales team for our Enterprise segment of our business. What You Will Do Responsible for lead generation and pipeline growth for a specific territory of targeted brandsCollate relevant and compelling insights to target different personas to ensure a high conversion of outreach effortsActively prospect Tier 1 brands daily to develop a qualified new business pipeline, whilst maintaining existing communication streams and lead developmentManage the initial part of the sales-cycle, efficiently coordinating discovery calls for Directors through creative outreach methods via email, LinkedIn, and callsCollaborate effectively with the relevant Business Development Directors to ensure a smooth transitionComprehensive understanding of the sales process with the ability to engage executives at different levels of the organizationAbility to manage multiple ongoing campaigns, while providing the highest quality service to our potential clientsHelp promote networking events for Flywheel solutions and identify potential future clientsCollaboration: Must work with multiple teams and groups within the organization, marketing, sales, customer growth, new business, etc.Improving thought leadership: having a pulse and opinion on industry news, utilizing LinkedIn to build brand awareness and generate meaningful conversation in the industry Who You Are You have 1+ years of sales experience, selling mid-market to enterprise solutions into large companies (CPG companies would be an asset)You feel comfortable having conversations with various stakeholders and leadersYou have sound adaptability with ongoing projects, outreach, business needs, etc.You can reach and develop relationships with C-Level leadership or senior executives in your respective territory/accountsYou’re highly motivated and possess a hunter mentalityYou have a high attention to detail and can efficiently prioritize and execute projects with qualityYou have strong communication skills, are naturally curious, and genuinely care about client outcomesYou have experience managing external relationships to meet mutually beneficial goalsYou’re solution-oriented and thrives in ambiguity – you love figuring out solutions and processes to complex problemsYou feel comfortable analysing dashboards and utilizing spreadsheets with mastery of basic Excel formulas and pivot tables to extract and clearly communicate insights from murky dataYou have a bias for action with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and go the extra mile to get the job doneYou have a strong sense of ownership complemented by strong organizational and project management skillsYou’re a team player with a genuine desire to contribute to the overall success of the entire teamYou possess strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate internally with colleaguesAble to work in a fast-paced environmentAble to travel as needed Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
