Fullscript is looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join the infrastructure team responsible for the long-term health, scalability, and developer experience of Fullscript’s core application. Our team enables fast, reliable product development by defining and upholding engineering standards for quality, scalability, and maintainability. We take on foundational upgrades, cross-team technical work, and infrastructure projects that help product teams move quickly without compromising the stability of the platform. Fullscript shares salary ranges to support transparency and help candidates make informed decisions. The range shown reflects base salary only and does not include stock options, wellness stipends, or other benefits that are part of Fullscript’s total rewards package. Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and location. We review pay regularly to stay aligned with market data and internal equity. Benefits and total rewards may vary by region.
