Full Stack Engineer

The Role A rare opportunity to join a small, high-performing engineering team at a well-established tech company, working on a platform used by thousands of businesses nationwide. You'll work across the full stack, building scalable APIs, microservices and frontend features while contributing to a major platform modernisation from legacy to modern architecture. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the Sydney office, 2 days from home. What You'll Be Doing Designing and building scalable APIs and microservices in .NET and C#Building and maintaining React frontend featuresContributing to the migration of a legacy platform to modern architectureWorking with Azure cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelinesUsing and reviewing AI-assisted development tools including Copilot, Claude Code, and CodexCollaborating with engineers and stakeholders to deliver complex technical solutions What You'll Need Strong .NET and C# backend experience with a focus on API design and microservicesCommercial React experienceExperience with legacy systemsSolid Azure and cloud infrastructure knowledgeCI/CD pipeline experienceHands-on experience with AI-assisted development toolsAbility to work autonomously and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams What's On Offer $140 - $160k + super, depending on experienceHybrid working, 3 days Sydney CBD, 2 days WFHSmall, collaborative team with genuine engineering ownershipMeaningful work on a platform at real scale
