We are looking for a Front End Engineer to join the team working on an innovative AI-powered platform designed to deliver intelligent, personalized, and user-friendly experiences. You will work closely with product designers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to build modern, scalable, responsive, and accessible interfaces. You will have the opportunity to work on AI-powered chat experiences, dynamic user interfaces, tool marketplaces, APIs, and reusable design system components. YOUR MISSION: Build modern, responsive front-end experiences using React and modern web technologies.Develop the core UI shell, including the landing page, chat interface, and prompt catalog.Integrate front-end applications with APIs and backend services.Implement dynamic role- and location-based UI behavior using Microsoft Entra ID groups.Build engaging AI chat experiences, including chat interactions, citations, grounding indicators, loading states, and other response-related UI components.Develop the marketplace UI, including tool listings, metadata cards, tool details, and invocation states.Create and maintain reusable design system components in collaboration with product designers.Ensure applications are responsive, accessible, performant, and consistent across devices and browsers.Optimize front-end performance and contribute to a high-quality user experience.Ensure alignment with the brand guidelines, design principles, and visual standards.Collaborate with product designers to translate UX/UI designs into scalable and reusable components.Work closely with backend engineers and product teams to define and implement effective API integrations.Contribute to clean, maintainable, scalable code and modern software engineering practices.Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement of the platform. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE COMPANY: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related degree;A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on front-end development.Strong hands-on experience with React.Solid knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.Experience building responsive web applications.Experience with REST APIs and backend integrations.Experience creating and working with reusable UI components and design systems.Good understanding of web accessibility and front-end performance optimization.Experience working with modern front-end development practices and tools.Ability to collaborate effectively with product designers, backend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently while being a strong contributor within a collaborative engineering team. NICE TO HAVE/ADVANTAGE: Full-stack software development experience.Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, particularly group-based authorization or UI personalization.Experience developing AI-powered applications or conversational/chat interfaces.Experience working with AI response features such as citations, grounding indicators, and tool invocation states.Experience developing marketplace, catalog, or tool-based application interfaces.Knowledge of Azure and cloud-based application architectures.Experience working within enterprise environments and corporate design systems.Experience working with CI/CD, Git, automated testing, and modern development workflows.
