Our second service, FlipToc, is a global counseling service built on 1:1 live video, breaking language barriers with real-time translation powered by our proprietary Flip AI engine. Our third service, Metis, launches in H2 2026. CEO Jaeseok Lee is a serial entrepreneur — a KAIST graduate who started as a MapleStory developer, founded the global K-POP platform MyMusicTaste, earned a Presidential Citation, and achieved a successful exit. What you'll do - Full-stack development (frontend, backend, infra) for INSCHOLARY, FlipToc, and new services - Own the product A to Z — problem definition, feature design, development, deployment, operations - Build and advance core features: 1:1 live video, real-time translation - Integrate the Flip AI engine and build data pipelines What we're looking for - Open to all experience levels - Has built a product A to Z, from planning to deployment and operations - Can define problems and set development priorities without a PM - Uses AI coding tools actively, with solid fundamentals (data structures, networking, DB) Nice to have - 1:1 video call (WebRTC) service development - Real-time translation or AI API integration - RAG engine design and implementation - Large-scale data processing and analytics pipelines What we offer - Full-time, top-of-market salary (negotiable by experience) - 2 days remote per week - Office 6 minutes from Gangnam Station Exit 1 How to apply: Easy Apply or email info@asxcompany.com
