Role: Education Specialist responsible for supporting staff competency development within a patient/family-centered care model.
Key Responsibilities
Act as an Educator, Consultant, Researcher, and Administrator to enhance clinical staff skills and knowledge.Develop and implement educational programs to foster clinical excellence.Support staff competency and professional development initiatives.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care quality.
Qualifications & Skills
Registered Nurse licensed in NJ.Master's degree in Nursing.Minimum of five years of nursing practice, including at least three in an acute hospital setting.BLS/CPR certification required.Staff development experience preferred.
