Global Markets Technology | React Developer | Front Office Trading Environment A leading global investment bank is hiring a React Developer to join its Global Markets Technology division in Dublin, building applications that support the firm's Securities Trade Processing platform. This is an opportunity to work in a highly visible, business-facing engineering team, partnering closely with trading, operations, and technology stakeholders to deliver critical front-end applications used across the trade lifecycle. You'll be developing modern, enterprise-scale React applications that provide real-time insight into trading activity, post-trade workflows, and operational processes across global markets. What You'll Work On Build and enhance modern front-end applications using React and TypeScriptDevelop business-critical tools supporting Securities Trade Processing and Global Markets operationsDesign intuitive user interfaces that simplify complex trading and post-trade workflowsWork directly with business users to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutionsContribute across the full software development lifecycle, from design and development through to deployment and production supportCollaborate within Agile delivery teams to deliver features at paceDrive improvements in application performance, usability, scalability, and code qualityHelp shape the future architecture of key trading and operational platforms What We're Looking For 3-5 years' experience building commercial software applicationsStrong expertise in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript developmentExperience developing enterprise-scale front-end applicationsSolid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practicesExperience working within Agile development environmentsStrong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholdersA proactive mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for solving complex problemsStrong ownership mentality and a collaborative approach to delivery
