Assurance Engineer

Location: The Hague, The Netherlands Security Clearance NATO Secret Reference No C005038 / The Hague Deadline For Application 10 .0 8 .2026 r. Skills, knowledge, experience required:  Functional, non-functional, and interoperability testing (3+ years, recent) ;  Managing external stakeholders and co-workers on large, complex projects ; Ability to read and reason about hardware/software system architectures from design documentation . Desirable Advanced testing/test management certification (e.g., ISTQB Advanced/Expert level, or equivalent) ; Experience testing within the NATO/military business domain ; Experience with assurance tools and processes (e.g., audit frameworks, compliance assessments) . Duties/role:  Planning, organizing, and conducting formal reviews and assessments across complex, cross-functional, and supply-chain domains ;  Evaluating and identifying non-compliances with organizational standards and determining root causes ;  Producing test documentation, including (Event) Test Plans, Test Cases, Requirements Traceability Matrices, and test reports.
