What You Will Do Own and ship features end-to-end across web and mobile, contributing directly to the development of the AlliedOS platform and MES.Iterate rapidly with real users and commercial teams to transform complex defence procurement needs into intuitive, intelligent software solutions.Influence the technical architecture and product roadmap of a scaling startup, moving from concept to production in weeks rather than years. The ideal candidate You have 5-8 years of full-stack experience shipping high-quality products in fast-paced environments, with a strong product instinct.You are highly proficient with modern web technologies, specifically TypeScript and React, and are comfortable working across the entire stack.You leverage AI tools like Cursor or Copilot daily and have experience or a strong interest in building AI-powered features and integrations.
