What You’ll Do Build and maintain core platform components (SSO, Access Management, clusters, networking, CI/CD, observability)Own Terraform modules, baseline configurations, and guardrails for distributed teamsDesign and evolve platform “golden paths” - secure defaults, templates, and standardsMaintain platform IaC (Terraform, modules, state design, multi-account governance)Integrate with team-owned CDK stacks through stable platform contractsLead evolution of platform abstraction layers and service catalogsDesign and manage multi-account AWS landing zone (Orgs, SCPs, permissions boundaries)Own developer onboarding patterns (IAM SSO access, automation, pipelines).Build safe cross-account deployment workflows (GitHub OIDC, least privilege)Design and operate ECS and EKS clusters used by hundreds of servicesEstablish best practices for container execution, networking, autoscalingManage central networking components (VPC, TGW, Route53)Ensure secure east–west communication between workloads in different accountsProvide self-service tools and templates for teams (pipelines, service definitions, actions).Abstract platform complexity to enable fast and safe deployments for all teamsOwn documentation, workshops, patterns, and architectural guidanceOperate and evolve platform-wide logging, metrics, and tracing systemsEnsure operational standards for platform components What You Bring Extensive proven hands-on experience as a platform / DevOps / cloud engineerMulti-account AWS in production (Organizations, SCPs, landing zone)Deep AWS IAM understanding (roles, policies, permissions boundaries, cross-account access)Deep Terraform used at scale in an actual roleProduction EKS and/or ECS experience running 100+ workloadsAbility to design scalable and highly-available architecture in the the cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)Experience with running and operating software in production at scaleKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines allowing everyday releasesKnowledge of GitCloud-native approachHands-on experience with container orchestration KubernetesCoding experience in several languages (eg.
