Job Summary As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing manufacturing processes, and supporting production performance in our LDPE foam extrusion operations. You will work cross-functionally to solve technical challenges, improve product quality, increase process efficiency, and support the implementation of new materials and technologies. Job Description Optimize manufacturing processes and lead Continuous Improvement projects.Analyze production KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement.Troubleshoot manufacturing and process-related issues and support corrective actions.Plan, coordinate, and oversee production trials for new raw materials, products, and manufacturing processes.Create, maintain, and update process documentation.Train employees on process changes, work standards, and best practices. Qualifications Experience in plastic processing or extrusion manufacturing is an advantage.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively resolve production issues.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools is an advantage.Communicative level of English (spoken and written).
