Head of IT Infrastructure & Client Services Section Grade: A1/A2 Salary: from € 4 925 (A1) and € 6 293 (A2) per month (net) Location: Strasbourg (France) Reference: 1436/2026 Deadline for applications: 3 August 2026 We are looking for an experienced Head of IT Infrastructure & Client Services to lead our Infrastructure, Client Services and DevOps teams (around 12 people). In this key management role, you will ensure the reliability, security and performance of our IT environment while driving modernisation, automation and digital transformation initiatives. Your main responsibilities will include: Lead and manage IT infrastructure, cloud services (Azure, Microsoft 365), client services and DevOps operations.Ensure secure, reliable and high-performing server, network and cloud environments.Oversee identity and access management, business continuity, backups and disaster recovery.Drive service excellence through efficient Service Desk operations, user support and continuous improvement.Lead DevOps and automation initiatives, including CI/CD pipelines, observability and platform optimisation.Promote the adoption of sustainable, secure and innovative open-source solutions.Monitor service performance through KPIs, SLAs and IT service management best practices (ISO 20000).
