Role
You will lead BeReal’s engineering organization: 12 squads, around 80 people across tech and product, three codebases (iOS, Android, Backend).
You will report directly to BeReal’s CEO.
Your mandate: app stability at spike scale, faster squads without regressions, infrastructure cost under control, and a higher talent bar.
