Our epic growth continues, and our Digital Delivery Team is growing, we're on the hunt for an eCommerce Delivery Manager to join us full time based at our State of the art office in Cremorne, VIC. This is a rare and exciting opportunity, perfect for an accomplished and organised team player with a background in eCommerce delivery, testing, and development pipeline planning. About The Role Reporting to the Head of Digital Delivery, the eCommerce Delivery Manager is integral in facilitating website releases and deliveries between the eCommerce team and the development agency engaged for the Accent Group. This role is the central point of managing BAU project delivery, contributing to scoping and solution analysis, and prioritising requirements across approximately 14 trading eCommerce sites. The role will work closely with eCommerce Project Manager, IT teams, eCommerce Trade Managers and Agency Partner to ensure that new functionality & BAU improvements are delivered in priority order. The Responsibilities Will Include Manage delivery across multiple streams and brands (Including new initiatives and BAU improvements)Collaborate with the IT, eCommercevProject, and eCommerce Teams to plan and execute development releases across our eCommerce platformContribute to scoping and solution analysis, and translate business requirements into briefs for external agencyManage the delivery of the solution to meet internal clients' business requirementsManage any follow-up requirements and escalations until resolutionPlan and assist in managing and completing user acceptance testingLeverage learnings, experience, and enhancements across the group to ensure all brands are continuously improvingSupport internal clients in understanding each stage of the delivery and the priority of requirements to assist clients in achieving their objectivesParticipate and assist in internal client upskilling and training activitiesManage monthly delivery budgets across streamsBuild strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersProvide clear and concise communication to all internal parties to reduce overall effortIdentify and escalate risks to your managerRespond to internal clients and external vendors in a friendly and timely manner To be successful you will ideally have Demonstrated 3+ years' proven experience in website delivery3+ years' experience in managing development releases in a retail businessTechnical understanding of website integration architecture and associated backend operational processesSound understanding of eCommerce and ERP integrations, and application/plugin solutionsExceptional communication and meeting management skills across all business facets and with partners/vendorsExperience with collaborative task management platform technologies (JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc.)Experience in a similar busy role within an agency (preferable)Strong problem-solving skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to balance competing prioritiesProcess driven, and an absolute ability to work well in a team as well as individuallyExcellent time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills Why Join Us?
