About The Role A fast-moving, pre-seed AI-powered talent acquisition startup is hiring its first full-time Founding Frontend Engineer. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor of a company reimagining how people find and land startup roles โ€” replacing traditional job applications with intelligent, direct introductions. You'll have an outsized impact on product direction, user experience, and engineering culture from day one. What You'll Do Own and drive the frontend architecture and user-facing product experience end-to-end.Collaborate closely with design and product to translate Figma designs into polished, performant consumer-facing interfaces.Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development velocity and code quality.Help establish frontend best practices, tooling, and standards as an early team member.Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions alongside founders and leadership.Iterate rapidly on features based on user feedback in a high-ownership, low-bureaucracy environment. What We're Looking For Required 3โ€“5 years of frontend development experience, with a strong focus on consumer / B2C products.Clear, demonstrable experience at B2C companies (2+ years).Proficiency with Figma and comfort working directly from design files.Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar).Authorized to work in the United States โ€” no visa sponsorship available. Nice To Have Prior experience in early-stage startups or founding engineering teams.Willingness to be present in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York City as needed. Compensation & Benefits Salary: โ‚ฌ55,000 โ€“ โ‚ฌ65,000 annuallyEarly-stage equity opportunity as a founding team memberHigh-impact, high-ownership role with direct access to leadership Location This is a hybrid role based primarily in San Francisco, CA.
