We are currently hiring on behalf of one of our valued clients based in the United States, and are looking for resources to be deployed on a remote engagement.
Job Summary
On behalf of our U.S.-based client in the Healthcare Technology (HealthTech) sector, we are seeking a DevOps Engineer to support cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for healthcare applications.
This role assists with deployments, monitoring, and environment support within secure, compliance-driven systems, and is well suited for early-career professionals looking to build their DevOps and cloud skills.
This is a 100% remote opportunity, open to full-time, part-time, and contractual engagement models.
Key Responsibilities
Support AWS infrastructure and environments for healthcare applicationsAssist with building, maintaining, and improving CI/CD pipelinesMonitor systems, applications, and logs for performance and reliabilitySupport application deployments and releasesTroubleshoot environment and infrastructure issuesMaintain accurate and up-to-date operational documentationCollaborate closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams
Required Skills
2–3 years of experience in DevOps or cloud support rolesWorking knowledge of AWS fundamentals (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM)Hands-on experience with Git version controlUnderstanding of CI/CD concepts and tools such as JenkinsSolid grasp of Linux fundamentalsBasic scripting knowledge (Shell scripting)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
AI Experience
Familiarity with AI-assisted monitoring and log-analysis tools is a plusExposure to AI copilots (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for scripting and troubleshooting supportInterest in learning AI-driven automation for CI/CD optimization
Managerial Experience
This is an individual contributor role; however, candidates should demonstrate strong ownership and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional development, QA, and infrastructure teams
Operational Experience
Experience supporting day-to-day cloud operations and infrastructure monitoringExposure to release and deployment support processesFamiliarity with basic cloud security practicesExperience maintaining SOP-aligned operational documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field2–3 years of relevant hands-on experience in DevOps/cloud supportAbility to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment
Certifications (Preferred, Not Mandatory)
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or equivalentAny relevant DevOps/CI-CD certification is a plus
