Description

Optimize various molds, fixtures, and auxiliary manufacturing tools to improve production efficiency.‍Track the progress of tooling development, assist in troubleshooting, and help resolve any technical abnormalities.‍Participate in and support cross-functional reviews and evaluations for new product development.‍Collaborate closely with lead designers to perfect the development of stamping molds and fixtures, ensuring a smooth transition to mass production.‍Actively participate in internal and external professional training programs to continuously enhance technical competencies.‍Execute other engineering tasks and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor.High School diploma, Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.‍No prior experience is strictly required; highly motivated entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.‍Familiarity with CAD software for mechanical and tooling design.‍Foundational knowledge or basic skills in product mold development, design, fabrication, and modification.‍Basic proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing).‍Familiarity with bench work skills and manual fitting techniques.‍Plus: Practical experience in mold repair, assembly, and trial-run (tryout) improvements.‍Plus: Hands-on experience in operating machining equipment such as lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, drill presses, and EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) ‍
