Summary

A mobility-focused organization is seeking an IoT engineer to support connected onboard systems, handle escalated incidents, define troubleshooting procedures, and coordinate with internal teams and external technology providers. You will contribute to technical projects and R&D initiatives, develop proofs of concept, maintain documentation, train users, and drive continuous improvement. Fluency in English and French is required, while programming skills are an advantage.

Description

IoT Engineer Références : IoT/Eng/4923 Function : · Be one of the point of contact for user’s requests, incidents or questions (administrative users and drivers) with a focus on the OBC components: telecom, Hardware, MDM[1] , applications… · Determine proper escalation for problems he cannot solve, sets priority · Formalizes resolution procedures so that the Level 1 team can solve recurring issues in a continuous improvement mindset · Raises unsolved issue to Level 3, track and follow-up their resolution internally or with external partners · Ensures documentation is up-to-date · Participates and/or manages technical evolutions and projects · Participates to R&D initiatives, elaborates Proof Of Concept with external suppliers to identify and implement new solutions · Solves issues in his domain when escalated by Level 1; log all request/incident updates in the ticketing tool · Train users Profile: · IT or Industrial Engineer · Pragmatic, analytical and problem solving skills · A strong team player able to work with external providers, to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders · Curious and creative, autonomous and dynamic · Be a driver for change and innovation, support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies · Technical skills and first experience in OBC / IoT / M2M considered as an asset · Fluent in English and French (German are a plus) · Technical skills in programming is a real plus (python, javascript, SQL, …) Additional information: Start: ASAPContract: Permanent Work Place: Rodange, Luxembourg
