Understand the technical solutions or high level designs from Solution Architect. Develop software products or applications for desktop, mobile, cloud, etc. using different technologies. Writing and testing code for new programms, upgrade / optimize old programms. Troubleshoot the technical issues, resolve technical or coding errors. Secure software programs or products against cybersecurity, privacy & other kinds of threats. Upgrade the skill set on all the required technologies, modules, libraries, etc. Conduct all stages of the test life cycle (Unit test, Perf test, Security test, Integration test, UAT, etc.). Create deployment artifacts, documents(release notes, SOP, etc.). Deploy the application on the server, backup the source code, data on code repository. Support (technical) the application in the initial phase. Synchronize with the team on a daily basis or as per the defined schedule by the team. Bring new technical ideas, inventions, innovations, solutions for the organization and/or team. Help other software programmers on a need basis. Develop proof of concept (PoC) for new solutions, ideas, requirements, etc. Build a prototype for a new invention, solution, product, etc. Write down high/low level design documents (LLD) on a need basis. Write down technical learning document, white paper, blog, journals on a particular solution, subject, module, product, tool etc. Deliver all the deliverables with high qualities and within agreed timelines. Conduct tool assessment, feasibility check, fit for purpose check, etc. Define technical standards, guidelines on new applications, technology, tools, modules, library, etc. Learn(Self/On Work) emerging tools or technologies on a need basis. Create technical self training materials on new applications, technology, solutions, modules, etc. Reports daily progress to his/her supervisor. Can lead the technical team on one or multiple technologies (Applicable to Technical Lead). Can lead the interaction with client stakeholder(s), Can work as SPOC for client (Applicable to Technical Lead). Qualifications: >Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).>Possess great level of thought leadership.>Can fit in a leading role to lead a team of 4-5 technical personnel on AI and/or other technologies (Applicable to Technical Lead).>Possess 0-5 or more yrs of technical experience.>Have complemented at least 3-5 end to end real time / industrial projects in a senior role(Applicable to Technical Lead).>Possess high level of smartness, logical ability, pro-activeness and a challenge taker.>You are enthusiastic about AI, Python and other technologies.
