We're excited to meet people who have: Related experience as an engineering leader who has led an engineering team and can drive the team to be SMEs.We are looking for someone that knows what best practice looks like, monitors the team’s health and can support the rest of the organisation.A passion for nurturing product led teams to collaboratively build and deliver excellence in this space.A gift for coaching and mentoring, with a genuine desire to help others grow in their careers and advance them on their engineering journey.A natural ability to connect with people, building strong relationships and clear communication bridges.An appreciation for technical craftsmanship and the ability to guide teams through modern cloud engineering (AWS & GCP), Infra as Code, Config as Code and be able to implement into the suite and software lifecycle.Experience with Splunk Cloud, Splunk Observability Cloud/Open Telemetry/Prometheus and DataDog are highly desirable.Additionally, exposure to NetCool/OmniBus would be welcomed.
