A global organization focused on laboratory and public-health technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, repair, maintain, and support sophisticated laboratory instruments throughout their lifecycle. You will handle customer inquiries, maintain service documentation and spare-parts inventory, support field actions, develop customer relationships, and provide technical expertise to internal teams. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related discipline and 3–5 years of experience are expected.

If you want to contribute to an inspiring long-term purpose, to be part of a fast growing company on a high-value market with significant build-up opportunities, and to grow in an entr epreneurial and warm environment, join us! ccc Primary Purpose And Overall Objective Of The Job Provide field technical support & services, including installation, preventive and curative maintenances , field actions at all stages of instruments life cycle management to secure and optimize lab production Main Accountabilities: Perform procedure associated with installing repairing and maintaining on an assigned instrument base, consistent follow up and customer satisfaction Negotiate and sale the maintenance contracts to private labs, hospitals or industry Answer internal & external customer inquiries and ensure compliance with regulatory through timely and accurate documentation in ERP system Manage spare parts inventory according quality guidelines Ability to handle simple to complex maintenance Develop & retain business, strengthen customer relationship Referent and advisor in key strategic ranges at all stage of commercial steps Support/ act as specialists in partnership with support teams Ability to handle field actions in other subsidiaries/Clusters/Distributors Act as a technical pillar for sub/clusters Recognized expertise on the market, ability to interact with KOL Contribute to project related to her/his field of expertise Typical Studies-Experience : Bachelor/;aster degree in engineering (electronics, computer sciences, biotechnology, with 3-5 years` experience. Skills and Qualifications: Customer and solution oriented Organized, rigorous and autonomous Good communication/ presentation skills Ability to handle CRM (reporting and dashboard)
