About The Role The Software Solutions team is a high-velocity team that delivers bespoke data-driven solutions to our clients across the business spectrum. As experts in custom web application development, the D&A Software Solutions team delivers tech-enabled solutions in engagements spanning corporate strategy, litigation, investigations, disputes, compliance, regulatory support, financial crime, fraud, and performance improvement. The team employs a range of modern open source and cloud technologies to design, build, and deliver solutions. This specialized team creates scalable and feature-rich web applications using a continuously evolving toolkit. Recent solutions have integrated with bespoke AI models, shipped using containerization, and leveraged technologies such as Angular, React, NestJS, TypeScript, Python, Django, Laravel and a wide range of AWS and cloud services. You will have a direct impact on driving innovation by promoting and selecting technologies to meet ever-changing client needs and evolving industry trends. What You’ll Do In this role you will develop in-depth knowledge of your clients' objectives and challenges in order to design and implement innovative strategies to assist them through their current difficulties and prepare them for the future. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following: Raise awareness in the EMEA region of D&A Software Solutions’ capabilities and service lines through networking and demonstrations to internal partners and clientsDesigning, creating, and implementing client-centric web applicationsLeading software projects and collaborate daily with fellow software engineers, managers and stakeholdersConducting peer code reviews, triaging flaws & promoting updates to productionPlaying an active role in mentoring junior members of the teamActing as an evangelist to promote best practice and sharing knowledge both internally and externallyAnalyzing, programming, and testing complex modules (both new and changes to existing programs) from design specificationsLearning existing applications and designing new tools to improve processesIdentifying the relationships among multiple sources and types of data and organizing this information to facilitate effective data analysis How You’ll Grow We are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programs focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities.
