Job Description ABOUT THE JOB Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reportsBuild dashboards covering sales performance, inventory management, customer loyalty, marketing campaigns, and business KPIsDevelop scalable and optimized BI data models and semantic datasetsCollaborate with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines and reporting performanceDeliver actionable business insights and recommendations to stakeholdersGather business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutionsCreate dashboard prototypes, wireframes, and proof-of-concept reportsDeploy, monitor, and maintain Power BI reports in production environmentsOptimize dashboard performance and ensure reporting consistency through data governance best practicesMaintain documentation and continuously improve reporting solutions About You Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Power BI developmentStrong experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and Data ModelingAdvanced SQL skills and solid understanding of Data Warehouse conceptsExperience with ETL/ELT processes and dimensional modeling (Star Schema)Strong knowledge of dashboard design, data visualization, and performance optimizationExperience working with Sales, Retail, FMCG, Inventory, Marketing, or Customer Analytics is highly preferredFamiliarity with cloud data platforms such as Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery is a plusPython experience for analytics or automation is an advantageStrong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skillsProfessional proficiency in English WHY AMARIS?
