About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Engineer to join our dynamic team. This senior individual contributor will be instrumental in driving complex, high-impact projects across the entire technology stack. The ideal candidate will set the technical direction for the team, influence architectural decisions, and ensure the delivery of reliable, scalable solutions. As a hands-on leader, you will actively participate in coding, system design, and problem-solving, while mentoring and elevating the engineering team through technical guidance and best practices. Your expertise in AI integration, modern software development, and cross-team collaboration will be vital as Xe rebuilds its platform infrastructure.
