Responsibilities Work across multiple client data environments to design, develop, and deploy modern data and AI solutionsDesign, build, and maintain CRM databases, customer data models, and data pipelines using Microsoft SQL Server, Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), Python, and other technologiesDevelop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models and neural networks to predict customer behaviour and optimize marketing strategiesDevelop dashboards, reporting tools, and interactive data visualizations that transform data into actionable business insightsDesign and maintain ETL/ELT processes to ensure reliable, accurate, and timely movement of data across platformsDocument database structures, data pipelines, machine learning models, and technical processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex data, analytics, and marketing challengesContinuously research and evaluate emerging AI, machine learning, and data technologies to improve solutions and processes Education and requirements 0–3 years of professional experienceExperience with SQL and relational databasesExperience with Python and object-oriented programmingExperience developing or training machine learning modelsUnderstanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and database design principlesFamiliarity with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) is considered an assetExperience with Git or other version control systems is considered an assetStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) JAM CRM is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating and maintaining an inclusive and accessible workplace.
