C# Software Developer | Up to CAD $200k Base + Bonus | Elite FinTech | Hybrid | Montreal I'm working with a leading FinTech firm that's looking to hire experienced C# Software Engineers to build complex, large-scale distributed systems in a high-performance engineering setting. Role: Senior Software Developer (C#) Industry: Elite FinTech Compensation: Up to CAD $200k Base + Bonus Location: Montreal (Hybrid) What you'll be working on: Designing and delivering high-performance software that powers mission-critical platforms processing multi-exabytes of data in real time.Developing and maintaining highly concurrent distributed systems built for demanding production environments.Working primarily with C#, with opportunities to gain experience in Python, Rust, and Go.Helping build a new greenfield machine learning platform while contributing to its architecture and long-term technical direction. What we're looking for: 4–15 years of commercial software engineering experience, ideally working on distributed systems or large-scale backend platforms.Strong hands-on experience developing production applications in C#.A track record of building scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems.A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team of experienced engineers.
