Your mission Assessing development potential and optimising large-scale construction projectsConceptualisation and implementation of property projects and neighbourhood developmentsResponsibility for the coordination, optimisation, management and execution of construction projectsRepresenting the client in dealings with contractors, designers, public authorities and neighboursManaging project partners and contractorsProactive decision-making to ensure the smooth running of the projectControlling and reportingTransition of projects into the operational phase, marketing and portfolio management Your profile A degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or a comparable qualificationExtensive professional experience in a similar roleVery good knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB and VgV, as well as good proficiency in using MS Project and MS OfficeExperience in neighbourhood development projects that have already been implemented would be an advantageA confident, articulate and engaging mannerAn entrepreneurial mindset and approach, as well as organisational skills and the ability to work under pressureAn independent, conscientious and structured approach to work Why us?
