Back End Engineer

Are you an experienced Backend Engineer looking to build scalable, high-impact systems? Our affiliate company, DayaTech, is seeking talented engineering professionals to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing backend services to support our core business and operational needs. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain secure, reliable, and well-documented REST APIs.Architect and optimize scalable backend systems capable of handling high-concurrency workloads.Manage and optimize database schemas and queries to ensure maximum performance.Implement security best practices across all application layers, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption.Partner with frontend developers, QA, and product teams to deliver project milestones on schedule.Conduct code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and uphold strict coding standards.Identify, analyze, and resolve software bugs or performance bottlenecks in production systems.Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation for systems, APIs, and integration workflows. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, System Information, or a related field.2–3+ years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer.Strong proficiency in Java and frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.Deep understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and system integration.Hands-on experience designing and optimizing large-scale, high-concurrency systems.Solid experience with relational databases, specifically MySQL (query optimization and indexing).Familiarity with middleware and caching solutions like Redis.Hands-on experience using Docker for containerization and deployment workflows.
