Founding Engineer

We're already working with early users and design partners, and we're preparing for our next stage of growth. Now we're looking for our first Founding Engineer. This isn't just another engineering role. It's an opportunity to help build both the product and the company from the ground up. About the Role As our Founding Engineer, you'll work directly with the founder to evolve Juritas from an MVP into an enterprise-ready platform. You'll influence almost every technical decision we make - from architecture and AI workflows to infrastructure, product direction and engineering culture. If you enjoy building from first principles, moving quickly and solving difficult technical problems, you'll feel at home here. What You'll Do Design and build core product featuresShape the platform architecture and technical roadmapBuild scalable frontend and backend systemsDevelop AI-powered workflows and data pipelinesExperiment with LLMs and emerging AI technologiesImprove performance, security and reliabilityCollaborate directly with customers to turn feedback into productEstablish engineering standards and best practices from day one Who We're Looking For You don't need to tick every box. Compensation This is an equity-based founding role. As a bootstrapped startup, we are not currently offering a salary.
