Help us build quality into every release We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer with a strong focus on test development and quality engineering to join our Tracking team in Gothenburg. This is a developer role for someone who is passionate about building software and equally passionate about building confidence in software. You will work across the stack, contributing to both backend and frontend development, while taking a leading role in strengthening our automated testing, quality practices, and engineering productivity. You will work in a modern cloud environment with AWS and contribute to solutions and pipelines influenced by Kubernetes-based delivery practices. You will also be part of our journey in exploring and applying AI, both in product capabilities and in smarter development and testing workflows. What You Will Do Develop and maintain software solutions with Java and Spring Boot, with a strong emphasis on testability, quality, and maintainabilityContribute to frontend development using Eclipse RCP, and work in an environment that also includes Angular or ReactDesign, implement, and improve automated test strategies and test frameworks across backend and frontend layersDrive test development practices such as integration testing, API testing, end-to-end testing, and test automation in CI/CD flowsWork with AWS-based systems and contribute to cloud-oriented development and quality practicesSupport and improve Kubernetes-based CI/CD pipelines, with a focus on enabling reliable and efficient testing in delivery flowsCollaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to improve quality early in the development lifecycleContribute to monitoring, troubleshooting, and production follow-up to strengthen quality from development through operationsExplore and support AI-related initiatives, for example using AI tools to improve testing workflows, productivity, and product capabilitiesParticipate in a 24/7 on-call rotation approximately one week every 6–8 weeks What We Are Looking For Senior-level software development experience with Java, preferably Spring BootStrong interest and practical experience in test development, test automation, and quality engineeringExperience in frontend development with Eclipse RCP, and willingness to work in an environment that also includes Angular or ReactExperience designing and maintaining automated tests at different levels, such as unit, integration, API, and end-to-end testsExperience working in production environments with AWSUnderstanding of modern CI/CD practices and awareness of Kubernetes-based pipeline environmentsGood working knowledge of Python for scripting, tooling, or automationStrong Linux skills, including debugging and service troubleshootingA structured and proactive mindset, with a passion for improving both quality and developer efficiencyInterest in AI and curiosity about how it can support product innovation and engineering workflows It’s a plus if you also have Experience building internal test frameworks or test toolingHands-on exposure to Kubernetes, Helm, or troubleshooting containerized environmentsExperience with observability, production quality metrics, and reliability thinkingExperience using AI tools in testing, development workflows, or quality analysisExperience in secure software development and quality practices in large or complex systems Our Team This is a great opportunity for a developer who wants to stay hands-on in software development while having a real impact on quality, test strategy, and engineering excellence.
