We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of the management and development of our IT infrastructure, as well as the management of relationships with external partners and service providers (data centers, hosting/cloud providers, and system administration contractors). In this role, you will ensure the stability, security, and high availability of our infrastructure while actively participating in the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the entire IT infrastructure and supporting systemsInstall, configure, test, and maintain operating systems (Windows Server and Linux), software, and system management toolsManage relationships with external infrastructure service providers (data centers, hosting/cloud providers, system administration partners), including defining and monitoring SLAs, coordinating service delivery, and handling escalationsPlan, design, and implement infrastructure projectsEnsure the highest levels of system and infrastructure availability by developing, testing, and maintaining replication, backup, and disaster recovery plansOversee third-party access to data in cooperation with the Information Security teamTroubleshoot and resolve incidents and operational issues to improve system stability and performance.Optimize existing systems and infrastructure to enhance performance and efficiencyCollaborate with internal teams (Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, and Information Security) and participate in meetings with external clients and stakeholders to define technical requirementsMaintain accurate and comprehensive documentation in accordance with internal quality standards and audit requirementsContinuously monitor, evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiencyParticipate in infrastructure budget planning and vendor selection Qualifications You Bring 5+ years of experience managing and overseeing/monitoring distributed IT infrastructure and systemsHands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux environments, and virtualization platformsProven experience working with data centers and external hosting/cloud providers, including negotiating and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Solid understanding of database replication, backup strategies, and disaster recovery conceptsStrong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issuesGood knowledge of core networking protocols, including DNS, HTTP(S), TCP/IP, TLS, and SSHExperience managing identity and access through Microsoft Entra ID, including Privileged Identity Management (PIM)Strong vendor and partner management skills, with the ability to clearly communicate expectations and monitor service deliveryExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholdersProficiency in spoken and written EnglishNice to have: experience working in a fintech or other regulated environment, with an understanding of security and compliance requirements related to third-party access to systems and data What We Bring To The Table Innovation drives us, and we never stop asking "what's next?".
