The Role Zyte is seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer with strong Business Systems and Automation experience to architect and operate the internal technology ecosystem that powers our global company. This role goes beyond endpoint management and traditional IT support — it treats internal IT as an engineering discipline, with code-first automation as the default approach. You will design and operate the backbone of Zyte's internal SaaS platform, integrating systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, finance systems, HR platforms, engineering tools, and collaboration software into a coherent, automated architecture. You'll also play a key role in introducing AI-assisted and AI-driven workflows across the company. Requirements Business Systems Engineering Administer and integrate business-critical SaaS systems, such as:Salesforce or HubSpotCustomer support platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, etc.)Billing or subscription systems (Stripe, Chargebee, etc.)Collaboration and engineering tools (Atlassian, GitHub, Notion)Design reliable workflows and data synchronization across multiple SaaS platformsEngineer Internal Automation Systems: You will spend a significant portion of your time writing code and building automation tooling, not just configuring SaaS products. Using modern development environments (IDEs, CLIs, SDKs), you will build scripts, services, and integrations that automate Zyte's internal operations.
