AI Solution Engineer

On behalf of our client Graia AI d.o.o., we are looking for a highly motivated AI Solution Engineer to join their team in Zagreb. AI Solution Engineer As an AI Solution Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and testing AI-powered workflows and agents that can be deployed across multiple communication channels. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and deliver tailored AI solutions that create measurable value. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize AI agents and workflows using Graia's proprietary platform.Deploy AI solutions across multiple communication channels.Collaborate directly with customers to identify business needs and implement tailored AI solutions.Develop automation solutions, conversational AI applications, chatbots, classification systems, semantic analysis, and other AI-powered workflows.Test, validate, and continuously improve AI flows while understanding the non-deterministic nature of generative AI systems.Stay up to date with the latest AI technologies, trends, and best practices.Prepare technical documentation, implementation guidelines, and process specifications. What We're Looking For Required qualifications: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Understanding of conversational AI principles and generative AI technologies.Ability to work with non-deterministic AI systems and implement effective testing methodologies.Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for learning new technologies.Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.Nice to have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.Experience working with AI/ML technologies, frameworks, or platforms.JavaScript programming experience.Familiarity with modern AI development frameworks and tools.Experience developing chatbots or virtual assistants.
