Tangram Flex is seeking a Software Engineer - Analytics to serve as a primary technical resource for developing advanced analytic solutions that enhance digital engineering workflows, model interoperability, and tradecraft standards.
This role combines hands-on software development integrating analytical tools with Reference Architectures modeled with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies to deliver cloud-native, event-driven solutions that align with modern software development practices.
The Software Engineer will work collaboratively across internal and external teams to identify, scope, prototype, document, develop, and deliver new features within our software platforms while supporting critical customer engagements and analytical workflows.

JOB REPONSIBILITIES/
Design, develop, and test cloud-native software solutions using Python, Node.js, TypeScript, and other relevant languages Develop and integrate APIs, perform model checking, and create UI/UX components with focus on SysML v2 data harvesting, automation, and API definitionImplement MBSE methodologies that align with customer requirements and tradecraft standardsEstablish and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing practices (unit, component, integration, system, performance, and continuous testing)Integrate software solutions with customer-supplied APIs or web servicesConduct regular code reviews and participate in bi-weekly technical interchange meetings with customersPerform duties in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) approximately 2-5 days per weekWork as an active SCRUM team member utilizing Agile workflows and project management tools such as Confluence and JiraProvide technical support, product use guidance, and design/development support to internal and external resourcesUtilize software testing tools to perform robust testing and support system performance analysis
