This is an opportunity to play a key role in developing products that simplify complex financial processes and deliver meaningful value to businesses operating in international markets. Working within a collaborative, product-focused environment, the successful candidate will partner closely with engineering, product, and business teams to design, build and scale innovative solutions. The Role The Senior Full Stack Engineer will take ownership of features throughout the entire development lifecycle from discovery and design through development, deployment and continuous improvement. The role requires someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities Product Development Design, develop and deliver high-quality features across the full technology stack.Collaborate with product managers and designers to transform ideas into scalable solutions.Gather user feedback and continuously enhance product functionality.Ensure features are delivered on time while maintaining high engineering standards.Technical Delivery Develop modern web applications using JavaScript and TypeScript technologies.Build responsive, intuitive user interfaces alongside secure and scalable backend services.Contribute to architectural improvements that enhance performance, reliability and maintainability.Promote best practices through testing, documentation and peer code reviews.Support security and data protection initiatives within a regulated technology environment.Operational Excellence Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve internal tooling.Monitor production systems and contribute to incident response when required.Continuously improve development workflows and engineering practices.Leadership Mentor engineers through collaboration, coaching, and constructive feedback.Work cross-functionally to translate business objectives into technical solutions.Help foster a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous learning.Technology Stack TypeScriptReactNext.jsNode.jsExpressPostgreSQL The successful candidate will: Have significant experience building and maintaining modern full stack web applications.Demonstrate strong frontend and backend engineering expertise.Bring experience from a high-growth technology business or startup environment.Be comfortable working in fast-moving teams where priorities evolve quickly.Take ownership of problems and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Enjoy mentoring others and contributing to a collaborative engineering culture.
