Lanesra is especially focused on Web3, where AI models often lag behind rapid launches, misunderstand similar tokens, and remain skeptical of crypto.
Clients use Lanesra to see and correct how AI describes their protocols, while agencies leverage white-label dashboards and AI audits as powerful pitch and retention tools.

Role Description As a Founding Engineer at Lanesra, you will design, build, and iterate on the core product that monitors and analyzes AI search outputs across major models.
You will develop backend services and data pipelines to collect and process AI responses, implement analytics and reporting features, and help shape the product architecture for scalability and reliability.
Your work will include close collaboration with the founders on product decisions, rapid experimentation with new features, and ownership of end-to-end delivery from design to deployment.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Warsaw, with flexibility for some work from home combined with regular in-person collaboration.
You will also help establish engineering practices, contribute to technology choices, and play a key role in building the early technical culture of the company.
Qualifications
Strong experience with backend engineering (e.g., Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or similar), APIs, and building production-grade services.Hands-on expertise with data pipelines, ETL processes, and working with structured and unstructured data.Practical familiarity with AI/ML tooling and LLM ecosystems (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or similar APIs) and integrating them into products.Experience designing and working with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure), containers, and CI/CD workflows.Ability to build and iterate quickly in a startup environment, including owning features end-to-end and making pragmatic technical decisions.Comfort collaborating directly with non-technical stakeholders on product requirements, user experience, and roadmap trade-offs.Strong problem-solving skills, clear written and verbal communication, and a collaborative mindset.Prior experience in early-stage startups, analytics products, marketing technology, or Web3/crypto is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
