About The Role As a Full Stack Developer, you will develop and support modern web applications using ReactJS, .NET and Microsoft technologies, delivering scalable solutions for enterprise customers. Working across the full software development lifecycle, you'll collaborate with customers, stakeholders and project teams to translate business requirements into high-quality, user centric applications. This role offers the opportunity to work across both front end and back end development, contribute to solution design, participate in Agile delivery, and help drive digital transformation outcomes through innovative technology solutions. Scope of the Role Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using ReactJS, JavaScript and .NET/C#Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate front end and back end servicesParticipate in solution design, technical reviews, testing and deployment activitiesCollaborate with customers, stakeholders and project teams to gather requirements and deliver outcomesContribute to Agile ceremonies, user acceptance testing and go-live activitiesProduce technical documentation and support continuous improvement initiativesAssist with technical pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations and tender responses when requiredShare knowledge and best practices across the broader Solutions team About You You are a collaborative and customer focused developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and delivering quality outcomes. You have a passion for modern application development, are eager to learn new technologies and thrive in a project-based consulting environment. Key Skills and Experience include: 5+ years’ experience developing modern web applications using ReactJS, JavaScript and .NET/C#Proven ability to design, build and integrate full-stack solutions and RESTful APIsExperience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Agile delivery and modern development practicesStrong problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and technical documentation skillsExperience with Azure services, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Power Pages or PCF development will be highly regardedProfessional services or consulting experience, PowerShell skills, and relevant qualifications or certifications are advantageous On Offer In return, you'll enjoy a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.
