Germany is a growing priority market for the business, and this role sits at the centre of that ambition.
About the Role
They are looking for a Senior Project Developer to focus specifically on onshore wind, taking projects from early-stage origination through to construction ready, working closely with the Head of Development and the wider development team.
Responsibilities
Lead origination and early-stage development of onshore wind projects across GermanyManage the development lifecycle, including site identification, land acquisition and permittingBuild and maintain direct relationships with landowners, municipalities and local authoritiesProgress projects through zoning, environmental assessment and grid connection processesWork closely with internal legal, technical and grid teams to keep projects on trackContribute to the wider growth of Neoen's wind development activity in Germany
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in project development, ideally in onshore wind, though candidates from a BESS or data centre development background will also be considered given the overlap in skill setA genuine understanding of the German renewable energy market, including planning, permitting and land acquisition processesFluent German, both written and spokenComfortable working independently, with strong self-motivation and initiativeSomeone curious and engaged, happy to get involved beyond a narrow job description

Base salary: EUR 75,000-120,000, dependent on experienceBonus of 10-15%Pension contribution30 days holidayHybrid working, with 2 days per week from homeTravel card provided in place of a company car
