Senior Full Stack Engineer

Contract Type: Consultancy Agreement Contract Duration: 6 Months Level: Senior Experience: 5+ Years Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and build both the frontend and backend of our platforms and web applications. Working in close partnership with the product team, you will create visually compelling, highly functional, and accessible user interfaces while architecting robust, scalable backend services. Your expertise in data visualization, large-scale datasets, and backend integration will be central to delivering powerful, insightful, and seamless experiences for our users. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and Vite.js on the frontend, and Node.js with TypeScript on the backend.Design and implement data processing pipelines and RESTful APIs capable of handling and rendering large datasets efficiently.Build backend solutions for streaming interfaces supporting Large Language Models (LLMs), enabling real-time data visualization and interaction.Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product owners, and frontend engineers to prototype and refine user interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.Design and implement scalable, maintainable architectures across both frontend and backend systems.Partner with infrastructure teams to ensure efficient deployment and scaling of applications, including database optimization and API performance tuning.Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment of full-stack applications.Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing using tools such as Playwright and Jest.Optimize application performance, load times, and backend processing speed, particularly for applications managing large datasets.Stay current with emerging full-stack development technologies and best practices, proposing improvements to the team's tech stack and workflows.Produce clear, concise documentation covering code, processes, and architecture decisions across the stack.Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback on both frontend and backend codebases. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer.Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including advanced concepts such as responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, asynchronous programming, and closures.Expertise in React, TypeScript, and Node.js.Solid understanding of frontend and backend architecture principles and best practices.Proficiency with data visualization libraries such as ECharts, Recharts, or similar.Working knowledge of streaming data techniques.Strong expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.Hands-on experience with the Git version control system.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
