Keep the engine running — and make it better every day. We’re looking for an IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer to join our IT team. In this role, you’ll keep our Microsoft-based infrastructure secure, stable, and ready for growth, from Microsoft 365 and Azure to identity, endpoints, and our corporate network. Support will initially be a meaningful part of the role; over time, as the team grows responsibilities will be split and this role will gradually become even more infrastructure focused. What you’ll do You’ll be part of a small, newly formed infrastructure and platform team, taking hands-on responsibility for keeping our IT environment healthy, secure, and ready for growth. Day-to-day, you’ll: Run and improve our Microsoft 365 and Azure environment, including Entra ID, Intune, and endpoint managementOperate our corporate network and remote access, VPN, Wi-Fi, secure remote access, and vendor coordination; explore modern approaches such as ZTNA and SASEManage device lifecycle end-to-end: provisioning, configuring, securing, patching, and offboarding laptops and mobile devices for new and existing employeesProvide first-line IT support to colleagues, onboarding/offboarding, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the right tools and access are in placeStrengthen our day-to-day security posture, through identity and access management, baseline policies, and supporting security/compliance initiatives such as NIS2Automate recurring infrastructure tasks using PowerShell, Terraform or similar toolingTake over and improve infrastructure inherited by InCommodities Europe to fit our needs as an independent companyEnsure systems are monitored, documented, and reliable, keeping both uptime and transparency high (runbooks, inventory, and clear ownership) What you bring 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations, infrastructure engineering, and/or IT supportHands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS environments, including device administration and troubleshootingExperience with Microsoft 365 (including Exchange Online), Azure AD/Entra ID, and identity/access managementProven ability to provision and manage virtual machines in cloud and/or on-prem environments (e.g., Azure, VMware, Hyper-V)Experience with device management tools such as Intune, MDM solutions, Autopilot, or similar technologiesSolid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls)Familiarity with automation/scripting (PowerShell, Terraform, or similar)Experience with IT security standards (e.g., NIS2/ISO 27001), containerization, or Kubernetes (e.g., AKS) is a plusYou’re fluent in English, written and spoken How you work You take ownership and follow through, when something needs to work, you make sure it doesYou are proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of accountabilityYou thrive in a dynamic, start-up environment where flexibility, initiative, and accountability are keyYou approach challenges with a structured pragmatic mindsetYou communicate clearly, and build trust with both technical and non-technical colleagues What you can expect A tech-driven scale-up company, which challenges how energy assets are traded and optimizedA great start-up environment with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility to drive real impactCurious, ambitious and bold people who come together to rethink what’s possibleA unique company culture where we live up to our values: Honesty, Transparency, and RethinkFlat hierarchy — no dress code, no meaningless bureaucracy Like what you’re reading?
