Backend Developer

We are looking for a Backend Developer who is passionate about building reliable, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. We're looking for engineers with strong backend programming fundamentals, whether your experience is in C#/.NET or other modern backend technologies such as Java or TypeScript (Node.js). Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using C# and .NET.Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance backend services.Design and implement RESTful APIs and business logic.Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code.Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production and application issues.Collaborate closely with Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects.Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering standards.Create and maintain technical documentation.Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and maintainability. Responsibilities Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience.Experience developing backend applications or APIs.Experience with C# is preferred. Candidates with strong professional experience in Java or TypeScript (Node.js) are also encouraged to apply, provided they are willing to learn and build applications using .NET.Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.Experience with .NET Framework or .NET/.NET Core is highly preferred.Good understanding of REST APIs and relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.Experience using Git for version control.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.Comfortable working in an Agile development environment.Good command of written and spoken English.The role is based in Bandung, Indonesia, and requires working on-site. Candidates must be based in Bandung or willing to relocate. Nice to Have: Experience with ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, or Web API.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.Experience with microservices architecture.Understanding of software design patterns and Clean Architecture.Experience with automated testing.If you have built something meaningful in the past, we'd love to hear about it.
