About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to build, customize, and maintain our ERP ecosystem across Odoo, Qianyi, and other business systems.
In this role, you will work closely with the ERP Specialist to design scalable solutions, develop integrations, and ensure system stability from planning through post-launch support.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects end-to-end and can thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.At least 1–2 years as an Odoo Developer.Strong experience with Odoo (Python, XML, QWeb, ORM) and Odoo Enterprise v16–v19.Experience working with ERP implementations, customizations, and integrations.Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, webhooks, and middleware integrations.Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, Git, Linux, Docker, and deployment environments.Experience managing projects from technical design through deployment and post-launch support.Ability to work independently and thrive in a small, agile team environment.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
What You Will Do
System Design & Development
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and recommend the most appropriate approach, whether configuration, low-code, or custom development.Assess technical feasibility, effort estimation, and implementation risks.Design and maintain data models, module architecture, and system integrations.Develop and customize Odoo modules across Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Manufacturing.Build and maintain integrations between Odoo, Qianyi, and external platforms such as marketplaces, payment gateways, logistics providers, and WMS systems.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best development practices.Review and evaluate code delivered by external vendors and implementation partners.Testing, Deployment & Support
Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live activities.Manage deployment and release processes while minimizing business disruption.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability after deployment.Maintain technical documentation, enhancement backlogs, and technical debt tracking.Communicate technical trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.Support future ERP expansion initiatives and evaluate enterprise system requirements.
