What You'll Do: 🔧 Build the Algorithms – Implement, verify and optimise the financial algorithms that drive live trading decisions. 🏗 Engineer the Infrastructure – Create the tooling that supports analysis of new algorithms and execution of existing ones. ⚡ Solve Hard Problems – Tackle performance challenges across GC, networking and parallelisation in a high intensity environment. 🔍 Sharpen the Feedback Loop – Improve automated monitoring so issues are caught fast and confidence in the system stays high. 🤝 Partner with Quants – Work daily alongside quantitative analysts and traders, bridging the gap between research and production. The Team: You'll join a team of 25 engineers who take real pride in their work, in an informal environment where technical discussion is valued and ownership is the norm.
