About The Role The Lead Engineer - Cloud at CreateFuture plays a critical role in guiding the success of cloud engineering initiatives, both for client projects and internal development. This position involves working closely with clients to build and maintain strong relationships, providing expert advice, and ensuring the successful delivery of cloud-based solutions. The role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise, capable of leading complex projects that range from traditional cloud migrations to cutting-edge AI enablement and platform engineering. The Lead Engineer will be responsible for architecting reliable AI-native infrastructure, managing AI lifecycles, and enforcing cost governance across cloud estates. They will serve as a technical leader, setting direction for the team of cloud engineers, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with senior leadership to define technical strategies. This role also involves contributing to pre-sales activities, representing CreateFuture at industry events, and acting as an ambassador for the company's cloud capabilities.
