Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack web applications using Ruby on Rails and modern frontend technologiesBuild responsive and high-performance user interfaces using VueJS, ReactJS, TypeScript, BlueprintJS, TailwindCSS, and/or BootstrapDevelop and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL services for internal applications and third-party integrationsCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand workflows, identify operational gaps, and build scalable technical solutionsDevelop reusable frontend components and scalable backend architectures following best practicesWork with relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDBIntegrate and maintain Salesforce integrations and data synchronization workflows between internal applications, CRM platforms, and third-party systemsIntegrate third-party services and payment gateways such as Stripe and Authorize.netBuild secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access systemsImplement automated testing and quality assurance processes including Cypress testingOptimize applications for scalability, reliability, performance, and securityWork with AWS cloud infrastructure including EC2, API Gateway, Lambda, RDS, and S3Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development workflowsParticipate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and continuous platform improvementsEnsure applications comply with healthcare and data security standards including HIPAA, GDPR, and 21 CFR Part 11Support data processing workflows, ETL pipelines, and integrations involving clinical or healthcare datasets Qualifications 4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack DeveloperStrong proficiency in Ruby and Ruby on RailsStrong frontend development experience with VueJS, ReactJS, and TypeScriptExperience with BlueprintJS, TailwindCSS, and/or BootstrapExperience developing RESTful APIs and GraphQL servicesFamiliarity with GraphiQL and API debugging toolsStrong experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL databasesExperience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and DynamoDBFamiliarity with Nuxt, Next.js, or other modern frontend frameworksExperience with Cypress or similar frontend testing frameworksExperience integrating Salesforce platforms and APIsExperience integrating payment gateways such as Stripe and Authorize.netExperience with Git version control and CI/CD workflowsFamiliarity with AWS cloud services and deployment practicesStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyExcellent communication and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industryKnowledge of clinical systems, healthcare data processing, or ETL pipelinesExperience building enterprise SaaS or workflow automation platformsFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless architecturesUnderstanding of compliance and data security standards including HIPAA, GDPR, and 21 CFR Part 11Experience designing scalable and secure cloud-native applications Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation; however, reasonable accommodations will be provided for qualified individuals with disabilities unless doing so would impose undue hardship.
