They're looking for a Full Stack Product Engineer who loves building products from scratch, takes ownership, and enjoys solving difficult technical challenges. What You'll Be Doing Design, build, and ship Full Stack applications using Python and React.Own features from initial concept through to production deployment.Build scalable backend services, APIs, integrations, and data pipelines.Develop modern, intuitive user interfaces with React and TypeScript.Build and integrate AI-powered features using LLM APIs and modern AI tooling.Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to shape new features and product direction.Solve complex engineering problems with pragmatic, scalable solutions.Continuously improve application performance, reliability, and user experience. Tech Stack PythonFastAPI / DjangoReactTypeScriptPostgreSQLDockerKubernetesLLM APIsAI Agents We're Looking For Strong commercial experience building Full Stack applications with Python and React.Experience building products from the ground up in a startup or scale-up environment.A product mindset with the ability to take ownership of features end-to-end.Strong backend engineering experience using FastAPI, Django, or similar Python frameworks.Experience designing APIs and integrating third-party services.A hands-on individual contributor who enjoys writing production-quality code.Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and a high level of autonomy.FinTech experience is advantageous but not essential.Commercial AI experience is beneficial, but not required. We're equally interested in exceptional software engineers with a genuine interest in AI who are excited to learn and build AI-enabled products.Excellent communication and collaboration skills. What Success Looks Like During your first six months, you'll: Ship production code from your first few weeks.Take ownership of major product features from design through deployment.Build software used daily by enterprise customers.Collaborate with experienced engineers to develop AI-enabled capabilities. Education A strong academic background is desired. Ideally, you'll hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, AI, or another STEM discipline.
