About the role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Front-End Software Developer to help us craft scalable, accessible, and ultra-responsive web experiences. In this role, you will write clean, testable code to shape our technical standards and elevate our codebase. Working at the intersection of design, product, and tech, you'll translate complex business requirements into elegant UI components while modeling best practices for the rest of the team, and mentoring developers along the way. What you'll be doing: Designing and writing clean, testable, and maintainable codeDelivering new features, fixing defects, and improving the existing codebaseMentoring team members and modeling best coding practicesWorking closely with other Developers, Product Managers, Designers, Testers and Business Stakeholders to understand and gather requirements Requirements Expert in HTML, CSS, JavaScript Ability to implement responsive design and debug complex layout/styling issuesExperience in Ember.js or similar modern JavaScript frameworksExtensive knowledge of web accessibility and front end performanceCuriosity and excitement about technology and continuous learning and developmentStrong interpersonal and organizational skillsDesire to deliver work in an agile environment Benefits Winner of Canada's Most Admired Corporate Cultures, twice.
